I have been creating things for as long as I can remember. If I haven’t created at least one thing in a day, my day feels wasted.

I paint using both watercolour and acrylic, and particularly enjoy abstract acrylic seascapes using rich blues reminiscent of tropical seas.

Driftwood, is a passion. The adventure of collecting it is as much fun as the actual creation of an item. I spend hours scouring beaches, particularly in South Wales, for interesting and unusual pieces of drift which could become anything at all.

The thrill of finding “that” piece on a windswept beach is the best feeling ever, and I have been known to brave the worst Welsh weather just to search for another piece of drift, and drag an immense, slimy, wet piece of drift back along rocks and wet sand in order to complete my creations.
